Because of their ease of use and convenience, either of the Melanie Mobile Units can find a place in a home where assisted bathing is needed.

The Melanie can be placed directly over a standard toilet, as long as the doorway is more than 25.75 inches wide (31.75 inches wide for the Plus Unit).

If there is room and if transferring is not a problem, the Melanie Stationary can replace the existing toilet or tub.
