CHALLENGE: To understand the bathing process and our residents and employee's and to understand that upwards of 90 to 100% of our residents are having incontinent accidents during the bathing process.

COMMITMENT: To change our 50 year old method of cleaning residents and eliminate the costly time consuming efforts of cleaning up and dealing with incontinent accidents. And provide our residents and C.N.A.'s a more dignified way of bathing.
